Unicube | Single-Story Prefabricated Buildings
The Unicube Series is centered around single-story, standalone building units, with each unit capable of forming a complete functional space.
Using a highly prefabricated manufacturing process, Unicube integrates the building structure, exterior envelope, doors and windows, interior finishes, MEP systems, and functional spaces within the factory. The completed unit can then be transported to the project site for rapid installation.
This system is particularly suitable for small-footprint buildings, fast-track construction projects, and projects with distributed sites. It is an ideal solution for applications such as tourism accommodation, resort units, and additional guest rooms or functional spaces.
For projects that need to quickly expand accommodation or functional capacity, Unicube reduces on-site construction processes and enables buildings to be delivered in a more standardized and efficient way.
Multicube | 1–3 Story Modular Buildings
As a project expands from a single building unit to a multi-story development, a single module may no longer provide sufficient flexibility in terms of space and structural requirements.
The Multicube Series adopts a modular combination approach. Through standardized modules, box-type combinations, and project-specific engineering customization, multiple building units can be integrated into complete 1–3 story prefabricated buildings.
Compared with single-story solutions, Multicube provides greater flexibility for spatial combinations. Building area, floor plans, and functional layouts can be adjusted according to project requirements.
The system is suitable for applications including social and affordable housing, workforce housing, multi-story residential buildings, and commercial or community facilities.
By combining factory prefabrication with on-site assembly, Multicube helps improve construction efficiency while adapting to the specific requirements of different projects.
Metacube | High-Rise Modular Construction
For buildings of 10 stories or more, projects face more demanding requirements in terms of structural systems, module connections, transportation and lifting, and overall building performance.
The Metacube Series is designed for high-rise and large-scale prefabricated building projects. It adopts a more integrated modular construction approach, combining the design of structural systems, building modules, exterior envelopes, and interior systems according to specific project requirements.
Unlike standardized modular products, Metacube places greater emphasis on engineering customization and system integration. Solutions can be further developed according to building height, functional requirements, local building codes, transportation conditions, and project-specific requirements.
Through modular design and factory-based manufacturing, Metacube moves more construction processes from the jobsite to the factory, providing large-scale projects with a more standardized and industrialized approach to construction.
